About the International Conference of Future Cardiothoracic Surgeons (ICFCS)
The 1st International Conference for Future Cardiothoracic Surgeons (ICFCS 2026) is a student-led, collaborative initiative bringing together aspiring surgeons from across Africa, Europe, and North America.
This pioneering event aims to create an inclusive, accessible, and high-quality educational experience centered on the fields of cardiothoracic surgery.

Vision and Objectives
Vision: To build a global network of future cardiothoracic surgeons through equitable access to education, mentorship, and collaboration.
Objectives:

- Foster international collaboration and peer exchange among medical students and trainees.
- Offer practical exposure to fundamental surgical skills and procedures through live and recorded workshops.
